Roman and Canivell| architects

The house in question has facades facing Feria, Castellar and Hidalgo Agüero streets. These façades present a homogeneous distribution of openings with pairs of balcony doors on the side elevations and two individual ones with a central window on the main façade of AC/Castellar.

The building is basically maintained with the existing, in its arrangement of accesses, stairs and common areas. The only variation is the interior distribution of the houses, which due to the needs of this particular project vary both in size and number, since they are studios for rent.

The existing light well, given its small area and bad location, lighting and ventilation, is eliminated, keeping only a memory on the roof with a skylight.

Ground Floor: It is distributed in an access for the houses and the rest of the facade for the premises.

​

First Floor: Two studios are located on the main facades, and a third in duplex with the second floor.

​

Second Floor: Repeat the diagram on p. first and the duplex is completed.

​

Third Floor: Staircase that gives access to the common roof terrace; a house that corresponds in location to the existing one. Said studio house, presents the lounge area to the private terrace.
